Your Questions, Answered
How far in advance should we book a custom floral set-up?
Most couples secure their date 3-6 months ahead, but we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. Minimum time needed is 4 weeks. Reach out early though if your wedding is during a popular time!
For all custom designs, I schedule a face to face meeting with the couple to talk through their vision, understand their personalities, and get a feel for their budget. Then I put together a personalized proposal with different tiers of floral options so that couples can pick and choose what works for them and where their priorities are. After the deposit is paid and contract signed, I get to work—often in constant communication with my couples to ensure that I’m on the right track and there are zero surprises come game day!

If I’m not available for your date, I am happy to meet with you to discuss other floral options that don’t include day-of coordination. I also provide coaching and lessons to help DIY brides to make their own florals and understand the basics of floral design and mechanics! Just reach out!
